Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund under the following conditions:
- Request made within 14 days of course enrollment
- Less than 25 percent of course content has been accessed
- No certificates of completion have been issued
- Course materials have not been downloaded or redistributed
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Courses purchased during promotional sales or with discount codes
- Subscription renewals after the initial 14-day period
- Courses where more than 25 percent of content has been accessed
- Individual live session purchases
- Physical materials or merchandise
Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your course enrollment or order under the following conditions:
- Before Course Access: If you cancel before accessing any course content, you will receive a full refund within 14 days of purchase
- Within 14 Days: You may cancel your enrollment within 14 days of purchase, provided you have accessed less than 25 percent of the course content
- Cancellation Process: To cancel an order, contact our support team at message@artisanwaxboutiq.world with your order details. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing
- Automatic Cancellation: If you have not accessed any course content within 30 days of purchase, you may be eligible for automatic cancellation and refund
Once a course has been substantially accessed (more than 25 percent) or a certificate has been issued, cancellation may not be available, but you may still be eligible for a partial refund in exceptional circumstances.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at message@artisanwaxboutiq.world with the following information:
- Your full name and account email address
- Name of the course you wish to return
- Date of purchase and order number (if available)
- Reason for requesting a refund
- Confirmation that you meet the refund eligibility criteria
Our support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days. We may ask for additional information to process your refund request.
Refund Procedure
Once your refund request is approved, the following procedure applies:
- Verification: We will verify your eligibility and review your account activity to confirm refund criteria are met
- Account Access Revocation: Upon approval, your access to the course materials will be immediately revoked
- Refund Processing: The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days
- Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
- Payment Method Credit: The refunded amount will appear on your bank statement or credit card within 5 to 15 business days, depending on your financial institution
Refund Methods:
- Credit card purchases will be refunded to the original card used for payment
- PayPal purchases will be refunded to your PayPal account
- Other payment methods will be refunded through the original payment processor
Partial Refunds: In exceptional circumstances, we may offer partial refunds if you have accessed more than 25 percent but less than 50 percent of course content. Partial refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Denial: If your refund request is denied, we will provide a written explanation of the reason. You may appeal the decision by contacting our support team with additional information or documentation.
Processing Time
Refund processing times are as follows:
- Request Review: 2 business days for initial review and response
- Refund Processing: 5 to 10 business days to process approved refunds
- Payment Method Credit: 5 to 15 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
Total time from request to receiving funds: typically 12 to 25 business days. Processing may take longer during peak periods or holidays. We will keep you informed of any delays.
Course Exchanges
If a course does not meet your needs but you would like to try a different one, we offer course exchanges within the first 14 days of enrollment. Contact us to discuss available options.
Technical Issues
If you are experiencing technical difficulties accessing course content, please contact our support team before requesting a refund. We will work with you to resolve any technical issues.
