The arbitration shall take place in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, United States. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered upon it in any court having jurisdiction.

Exceptions: Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any disputes will be resolved individually and not as part of a class action or consolidated proceeding.

Applicable Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, United States, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

If you are located outside the United States, you acknowledge that you are using our services at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws in your jurisdiction. We make no representation that our services are appropriate or available for use in all locations.
